The Nill Building Solutions Extended Anchor bolt is designed to allow just the connection port to be exposed for a clean, waterproof mounting point both inside and outside of your structure. It is designed to have building materials such as stucco, siding/drywall or shingles to be placed over the raised extension and around the port to give a strong connection for mounting shutters, awnings, speakers, leader pipes, gutters etc.

- 2” diameter X 1/8” thick stabilizing flange to ensure waterproof integrity and added strength. (apply sealant under flange to provide 100% waterproof protection)
- 3/8”-16 X 1” deep internal waterproof threaded port to receive bolt
- 5/8”-11 X 3” long threaded bolt for attaching through any substrate
- 3/8” Allen key port for easy install and removal
- 1” raised extension port
