How did Nill Building Solutions Start?
It started with a problem that needed a solution. Glass rails were leaking all over the Hamptons and nobody could figure out a permanent solution. The old way was causing such extensive damage and water infiltration and couldn’t be permanently stopped. Lance Nill— founder and CEO— thought there had to be a better way and then got to work. What started as fiddling and tinkering in the shop, created the NB1C. The solution and technology of this product then led to infinite different solutions and ways to use the technology across the entire building envelope.

With over 40+ Patents and patents pending spanning 40+ countries— Nill Building Solutions is finally going beyond the vision that started and is spreading worldwide. Architects, contractors and engineers over the world are leaving behind the old way and embracing the Nill Way to build.

About Lance Nill, Founder and CEO of Nill Building Solutions
Lance was born 1969 on Long Island, into a family of roofers. Being one of nine children, Lance along with his siblings were taught the value of family, hard work and experienced craftsmanship. A Water Proofer by Trade, Lance has over 30 years in the Construction Industry and has spent that time serving clients all over the Hamptons and Long Island. When he is not working, he spends time with his 4 children and his fiancé.
