The Nill Building Solutions Hex Mount Flange (NB2) or Flush Mount Flange (NB3) is perfect for batten roof and rainscreen applications.
The 3/4” Hex Head on the NB2 and the 5/16” hex insert on the NB3 ensures easy installations on batten roof and rainscreen applications while providing you waterproof protection and adding strength and stability to your batten roof or rainscreen.
Simply use caulk on the back of the 2” stabilizing flange to create a gasket seal, which gives you 100% waterproof protection, then bolt the batten or rainscreen into our waterproof threaded port.
