The Nill Building Solutions NB3 (.25”) is the ideal solution for any applications requiring a lag mount for wood substrates or (concrete substrates with lead shields). Featuring an allen key insert, it ensures easy and secure installation for a wide range of applications. The .25” stabilizing flange enables your attachments to be .25” off of the structure for water drainage and air gap spacing. Perfect for window and door pans, batten roofs, rainscreen systems, and more, this mount provides a versatile and reliable mounting option. Additionally, when sealant is applied to the underside of the mount, it creates a 100% waterproof gasket seal, ensuring a secure and long-lasting connection.
