Glass railings were leaking everywhere, causing extensive structural damage—and no one had a lasting solution. Traditional methods failed to stop water infiltration, leading to costly repairs and frustrated builders. Determined to change that, Lance Nill, founder and CEO of Nill Building Solutions, set out to develop a better way. What began as tinkering in his shop led to the creation of the NB1C, an innovative attachment solution engineered to eliminate leaks and protect structures from water damage.
